Kudos to Dolly and Yating for the extremely beautiful and highly practical/ functional renovation for my BTO flat. They were very responsive and professional throughout, and exceeded our expectations on many fronts. Even before we committed, Yating went the extra mile to create a draft drawing during our 2nd meeting to help us with the visualization. She was also amazing at managing her contractors and ensuring timeliness and quality while overseeing multiple projects concurrently. With their rich experience and extensive network of suppliers and subcontractors, they were able to value-add by proposing further enhancements to our requirements, and overcome issues/ challenges with ease throughout the entire process.

A special shout-out to Jessie, our ID for our 1st home. My husband and I decided to engage SF after having several discussions with Jessie. After talking to a few IDs, we really really appreciate that she took the effort to walk us through patiently and understand what's the home design that we are looking at and essentially propose the designs that close to what we are picturing. I must say this is not an easy job to picture what is the design that we are looking for based on our rough description. (cause we also not so sure what we want for our first home!) Our home turns out to be what we expecting and we love it so much. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you Jessie and her team for giving us such a smooth renovation process for our 1st home. Michael is very patient to answer our queries and always open to communicate. He would point out if our ideas are unrealistic and share his professional advices with us to fulfill our requirements. This is exactly what an ID should do, to advice house owners the pros and cons of our "Design Ideas" . The few other reknown "ID companies" that we approached were mostly either very costly, or had nonchalant attitude. Thats where we decided to engage Michael. From start till end of our renovation, he gave us constant updates with pictures and kept us in loop of the renovation schedules. The workmanship, especially his carpentry works has highly exceeded our expectations. All materials used looks and feels to be high quality and not cheapo chipboard type of wood. The house turn out to be almost identical with the 3D drawings.

We bought our new home in the secondary market and wanted to engage a reliable and experienced firm for a complete makeover. Space Factor helped us a lot in the conversion of one of our rooms into a nursery. The handover was carried out in a professional manner, they checked for stains and signs of paint peeling.

Our Space Factor designers helped us structure the decision process, and broke it down for us to make specific decisions along the way. What really impressed us about them is that they have their own carpentry place!

This company's strength is in their ability to create space. I like the overall theme, the design is good. My designer was also prompt in getting our feedback when working with me.
